Unaurthorized charges

This has been going on far to long I have cancelled everything that I can to stop this but, nothing has helped. I am sick and tired of money coming from my account for something I did not order or want. I would like for the money to be put back in my account. I know this is not going to every happen because things like this never get solved. 9.95 may no be a lot to some people but it is to me and I can't afford for that knid of money to come out of my account every month.

Our company handles some aspects of Customer Support for Network Agenda, and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. Network Agenda is a bonus program that offers a free trial period, which often times accompanies the order of a promotional CD or ebook.

The trial period for Network Agenda is free for 21-30 days from the order date, depending on which bonus applies, and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.I would enjoy the opportunity of being able to assist you.

I have attempted to locate an account to review your charges and concerns, but unfortunately without a full name, phone # or email address, I am unable to locate an account with the necessary contact information. For assistance, please contact customer service at 1-80*-***-**** and there you will find an agent who will happily assist you in trying to locate an account and addressing your concerns. If you are another customer that is reading this and you have already tried customer service, but feel that we have failed you in some way or you feel you weren't treated fairly, please call me directly at 435-773-****, or email me at customerservice@***.org, I will be happy to address your concerns ASAP. Sincerely,Online Customer Support

I was called to recv free gift card did not ripped off frm network agenda & autorewards!!

I rec'd call for a gift card free to participate in phone survey. Never got gift card of course and now am being billed 29.95/mo. by auto rewards AND 9.95/mo. by Network Agenda. I have no E-mail address for these people nor a working phone number. The number they gave me is not correct when speaking with the young guy originally he gave me the number slowly twice and assured me I "could cancel at anytime" since I would be getting books and magazines I might not want. I also was to receive a benefit package for emergency road services in case my car needed repairs. Did not receive this...What should Ido??? Sue

Put charges on my credit card.

I found charges on my credit card bill several times and I am still dealing with the credit card company. It has been an on going thing since Feb. and it isn't cleared up yet. I think this company is involved with a differnt company or a different name because beside the 9.99 I have a 39.99 charge that keeps showing up. I ended up closing the account and refuse to pay for these charges that are not mine. It all started when I used my credit card to buy a help cd. I believe thats when my card was used on this run to make money.

The only thing I CAN SEE IS i ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE AND MY cARD NUMBER WAS USED HERE AS WELL. Someone tell me theirs something we can do. I was told they won't bill me anymore. They should'nt have in the first place. I want my money back.

Networkagenda.com opperates a fraudulent business. I have never had this sevice.Illegal access.

While reviewing my bank account, I noticed a charge from Networkagenda.com. I have never done business with these people and wonder how they managed to get into my bank account. Life is scary. I love the internet, but wonder how safe it is any more. My bank is disputing the charges on my behalf, but I am very angry at this fruadulent business practice. Just think if they did this 1000 times (or more) and people didn't notice the small amount they'd have a "bundle". I think that's what they are hoping. Let's get them off the net.

Network Agenda Terms and Disclosures.

This scam started with a Google Money Profit email. Pay attention this gets tricky. I ordered a CD for $1.99s/h and $1(handling/insurance). After 7day trial $39.95 a month thereafter until canceled. 14day and 21day bonus trial to Grant Masters($7.95) and Network Agenda($9.95) a month thereafter should I choose not to cancel. Growing Rich w/ Google might sound familiar to some of you. Warning be aware of a charge to your bank account of $39.95 or $49.95 by Grant Masters (aka )Grant Consultants (1-80*-685-****) to cancel now.

New card predator

Once again several fraudulent charges were charged to a new credit card I had just gotten. One was "networkagenda.com", the second was "grantcreator" the third was "easygrantsuccess". These three companies seem to be based in utah where I suspect the utah business comunity is prone to loopholes and fraud, and the forth was a Nevada company called "Businessfund100". The total was 20.19 but it behooves every cardholder to check their statements because if these companies are left to make money illegally more *** will start fraudulent companies and continue to try and scam innocent consumers. Like they are prone to do.

NETWORKAGENDA.COM EVIL TO PEOPLE?

I am pissed and this is the last straw. I am fighting back! I did not authorize networkagenda.com to remove a certain undisclosed amount of money from my bank account today February 06,2008 or any other day. I was paying some bills online and as usual when I looked at my account to review my payments and balances, this is when I noticed the charge from Networkaenda.com which is located In Utah. I copied and pasted the link that was shown on my account and whammo, I saw all of these complaints from people that were also charged from networkagenda.com without authorization. I decided to find out how they got my information. It is a site called rip-off-report.com which I had used a few years back, it is a site where anyone could check out a website, to see if the companies were fraudulant or not. This company I was interested in checking out was offering a great deal of money for a minimal fee, while in return I would be paid for attending a few classes for certain amount of hours on how to sell their products. I am sad to say, apparently this ripoffreport.com is a site that is also potentially fraudulent. We as consumers need to fight back! I have contacted my bank and have stopped all transactions, including any that were authorized by me, just so networkagenda.com will not charge me again, like others have had done to them. To say the least this is such a hassle. It is as if you, like myself has nothing better to do then to have to take the time to report this online so others will not become potential victims, plus all the phone calls, letters and possible court appearences, oh my. Did I mention having to put a stop on all credit and debt cards from being used from now until 7 to 10 business days when they are reissued? What a strain it is for us to be in such a world that treats other human beings such acts of potential fraud, violence, idenity theft and murders. I use the words potentially fraud/fraudulent due to the fact of our constitutional rights, parties are innocent until proven other wise. I filed a potential fraud report and my bank sent me a faxed form to fill out so I can prosecute Networkagenda and or ripoffreport.com if deemed nessesary. I have filed a complaint with my local authorities and this companies State Attorney Generals/ Commissions Office. If this potential fraudulent networkagenda company has potentialy taken your hard earned money that you did not authorize. Fight Back!!! If you or anyone you know that has been potentialy frauded by networkagenda company or any other potential fraudulent companies, I suggest you contact someone you know that may be able to help you, or contact me, as I may be able to help you. 1-97*-229-**** Ask for Dee.

Barbara,Our company handles some aspects of Customer Support for Network Agenda, and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. If you have received a charge from Network Agenda, it is most likely associated with the order of a promotional Grant or Google CD, a CD download or an E-book purchase where you have also received a free trial period for Network Agenda.

We offer the trial period to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value before they are billed and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the thank you email and it is also explained in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period for Network Agenda is free for 21-30 days from the order date depending on which bonus applies and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends. The following is the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer (the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links can be found on every page of the sales ad):Bonus Material Terms and Termination.By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund of the upfront cost of any shipping and handling that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product. Furthermore, any free trials that may or may not be offered with this product are only free during the said allotted time of the free trial period as outlined within the product sales page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email. If you have not cancelled the free bonus within the free trial period (if offered on product purchasing), you are agreeing to purchase the bonus material and/or service at a monthly reoccurring cost.

This can be cancelled by calling the customer service number provided in the confirmation email and stating your desire to cancel said bonus material. However, in order to not be charged any future reoccurring cost, please give ample time (2 business days) to be cancelled out of any reoccurring billing system before the next scheduled charge to your account (this does not apply during any trial period). Not canceling trial programs constitutes authorization, by you, the buyer, for any charges (as outlined) for the associated bonus service until your request to cancel has been received by our customer service staff. By not canceling the bonus program during the trial period or prior to two days before a scheduled billing cycle, you agree that any reoccurring charges billed to you will be non-refundable.As you can see the Terms direct the customer to the sales page, confirmation of order page and the confirmation email where all pertinent information is provided to the customer before, during and after placing their order. For assistance with your charge from Network Agenda, please contact customer service at 1-80*-***-**** and there you will find an agent who will be happy to assist you.

If you are another customer that is reading this and you have already tried customer service, but feel that we have failed you in some way or you feel you weren't treated fairly, please call me directly at 435-773-****, or email me at customerservice@***.org, I will be happy to address your concerns ASAP. They're still doing it!!!!! I ordered a cd regarding Affiliated Marketing info for .99cents.

When I printed the receipt after paying via cc, info came up about being involved with trial memberships with other websites.

I immediately smelled a rat & was able to cancel all but one of these being Networkagenda who are debiting my cc. I'm getting another cc, only way to stop them!

I was checking my account and the transaction for this fraudulent company came up for the amount of 9.95. I want to know how they get everyone's information?

Guest

I was charged like most of you and I called the company and had them cancel my account. Has anyone else tried that and if so did you get charged again?

The number I called was 800-487-****.

They gave me 3 cancel confirmation numbers. I need to know as soon as possible, if you have tried this.

Guest

change your credit card, call your bank if its a check card, or call your credit card company and get a different card number, it may take a couple days to get to you for credit cards, but if its a credit card number they are using, changing the number will make it impossible to charge that specific account anymore.

this is what i am doing and will let you know if it works, i also put out a stop payment for the amount they are billing to my account.

Unauthorized Charges

Networkagenda.com and BSM/Grant Search Asst are apparently working together to put unauthorized charges on credit cards including mine. My CC Company is having tech problems tonight, so they said to contact them tomorrow when they're computers were working. The Networkagenda.com charge is $9.95 dated 3/28/08 and BSM/Grant Search is $7.95 dated 3/24/08. I've read MANY complaints about these two scammers online. I absolutely will not pay these charges. It's frightening to see how vulnerable your CC is online. Beware these two and look for hidden charges on your CC bill!

Networkagenda.com is a scam

For the past two months, networkagenda.com has withdrawn $7.95 from my checking account without my authorization. My husband and I are very disturbed that this scam company has stolen from us and countless others. I have never visited their website. However, when I pulled up the website, there was no phone # listed, so I could not complain. I have never authorized this scam site to withdraw any money from any of my accounts! I'm glad to have discovered this website. I'm going to my bank today to process a bank search and stop this illegal withdrawal.

Taking money out of my account w/o permission

A couple months ago my daughter and I was searching the web for grants. I guess somehow we ran across this and I am now getting charged from bsm/sba express and network agenda.com. The only thing we signed up for was to another agency and canceled the next day when we found that my account was to be charged 36 a month. I did not sign up for anything else, but for the last two months I have had money taken out of my account for these charges!! What do I need to do to stop this from happening again?
